This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from https://ambitioushome.com (the “Site”).

We collect several types of information from and about users of our Site through WooCommerce, including the following information:

The email address you provide may be used to send you information, respond to inquiries, and/or other requests or questions.
We collect information from you when you subscribe to a newsletter, fill out a form, enter information on our site, or simply browsing the site.
We may collect personal information from you that you’ve voluntarily submitted to us, such as your name or email address. For example, you may voluntarily submit information to this website when signing up for newsletters or submitting a comment or submitting an inquiry via our contact form. Please note that we keep your contact form submissions for customer service purposes, but do not use the information submitted through these forms for marketing purposes.
Sharing your Personal Information
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. For example, we use WooCommerce to power our online store. WooCommerce offers payment gateways to both Stripe and Paypal that share data with the payment provider to process the payment. This includes shipping extensions which share data with shipping providers to calculate shipping rates or print shipping labels.
We accept payments through PayPal and Stripe. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.

Payments for products and services from the Company are made through third-party resources, including PayPal and Stripe. The Site and Company cannot be held liable for any breach of security or protocol by these third-party entities, and in using them, you agree that if you are damaged in some way as a result of their behavior, that you will pursue only the party that is directly involved in a breach of your information, and will not hold Ambitious Home responsible.

From time to time, the Site may engage in remarketing efforts with third-party companies, such as Google, Facebook, or Instagram, in order to market the Site These companies use cookies to serve ads based on someone’s past visits to the Site.

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
