Ambitious Home provides free shipping to all 48 contiguous states.
There is a flat $50 shipping fee for Alaska and Hawaii. International orders are calculated at checkout.
All items are shipped via UPS Ground, except smaller rugs, which may be shipped via USPS. Products are shipped within a week of the order being received. Once the item is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation and tracking number. Ambitious Home claims no responsibility once the item has been marked delivered.
The customer is responsible for tracking the package to make sure it arrives safely to the destination.
The customer is responsible for any taxes or customs fees charged by local government.

Disclaimer: Ambitious Home’s rugs are one of a kind, handwoven and vintage unless stated otherwise. We do our best to source vintage one-of-a-kind rugs, but please note that it is impossible to know the exact age of each individual rug. Due to age, vintage rugs may have small imperfections, worn areas, and occasional repairs.
If you change your mind on a purchase and wish to return the item, you must send Ambitious Home a message via our contact us page within 48 hours upon receiving the item. Buyer is required to pay for the return shipping. Once the item has been returned you will receive an in-store credit. In store credit does not expire.
